Job Description

Welcome to London Dental Arts. We are an Award-Winning Private Clinic located in South-East London.

We are a modern, four-surgery Cosmetic and Dental Implant Clinic with a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. With the latest equipment, and a vibrant team, this role is perfect for a confident and outgoing person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys having conversations with people.

The role itself is varied and while we are looking for a

permanent junior dental receptionist,

your duties will extend to supporting the treatment coordinating team. If you are willing to learn, we are happy to train you.

We are looking for someone that can work specifically 4-5 days per week which includes Saturdays.



Key responsibilities:



Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner Managing appointment bookings and patient records Handling phone and email enquiries efficiently Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming

We are looking for someone who:



Is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment Is flexible and available to work

weekends

as required Ideally has some experience in customer service
