This is a trusted, hands-on position requiring someone who can manage day-to-day administrative tasks while also assisting with the coordination and management of design and technical information. The successful candidate will attend meetings with the Director, take detailed notes, track actions, and follow up with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
The role is intentionally structured as a

interior design or architectural background
will be given the opportunity to progress into a full
Design Management role
once they have gained a thorough understanding of the company's operations, systems, and project workflows.
Key Responsibilities
PA & Executive Support
Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the Director where appropriate
Diary management, meeting coordination, and scheduling
Prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and issue action trackers
Follow up on actions from meetings and ensure timely responses
Carry out ad-hoc tasks and requests from the Director
Design & Project Support
Assist in managing and tracking design information across multiple projects
Coordinate drawings, specifications, schedules, and consultant deliverables
Maintain document control systems and ensure version accuracy
Liaise with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors
Support design coordination meetings and consultant workshops
Assist with submissions, approvals, and information required for construction
Administrative Duties
General project administration and record keeping
Preparing basic reports, trackers, and summaries
Assisting with procurement and consultant appointments where required
Candidate Requirements
Essential
Background in
Interior Design, Architecture, or a related built environment discipline
Relevant qualification (degree, diploma, or equivalent professional training)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work directly with senior leadership in a confidential and professional manner
Comfortable attending meetings and interacting with clients and consultants
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Desirable
Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects
Familiarity with design and construction documentation
Understanding of project workflows from concept to delivery
Experience using document management systems
Ambition to progress into a Design Manager role
