Junior Designer

to join our growing team and support our Senior Interior Designer in Braintree with potential relocation to Colchester in the future.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or career-starters in interior design (degree or diploma required) -- full training is provided.

The Role

As a Junior Designer, you'll combine creativity with customer service to help clients bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. Supporting our Senior Designer, You will:

Create stunning 3D CAD designs (full training provided). Guide customers through the design and purchasing process with professionalism and flair. Follow established showroom and sales processes to deliver consistently excellent service. Source samples and create stunning mood boards. Learn Bowmans' full product range and apply this knowledge to support customer decisions. Handle order processing, quotations, and payments with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain showroom standards and support the wider team.
What We're Looking For

A passion for interior design (degree in Interior Design/Architecture or relevant discipline). Strong communication and influencing skills with a natural ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office). Strong CAD experience, AutoCad or Vectorworks or Sketchup Saturday Work (Rota'd) Ambition to succeed in a design-focused role.
