26,176.65 per annum

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm | Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic

Junior Graphic Designer

to join our growing design team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with early experience in the design sector to develop their skills and contribute to exciting projects.

You will play a key role in creating

shop front schemes, vehicle fleet liveries, large-format digital graphics, and exhibition/display systems

-- taking projects from client enquiry through to production-ready technical job sheets. You'll also assist in developing innovative engineering solutions for both new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities

Support product development projects and take ownership where required Conduct product and market research to support range development Liaise with our production team to manage the manufacturing process Create CAD models and technical drawings for sales and installation teams Prepare accurate technical job sheets for production Assist the sales team with product specifications and visuals Work to creative briefs, gathering relevant assets and following brand guidelines Prepare artwork for correct formatting and output Present design concepts to senior management for approval

Skills & Experience

A strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes Previous design experience (academic, freelance, or industry) with examples of completed projects Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop essential) CAD software knowledge (advantageous) Solid IT skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workloads independently Good communication and teamwork skills, with enthusiasm to learn and share ideas Minimum GCSEs (grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths; ideally a Level 3 qualification (or above) in Design or a related field
