About the Role



We have a great story to tell, represent wonderful brands, and work with incredible customers. Following our recent rebrand and the expansion of our marketing and education teams, this is an exciting time to bring our visual identity to life and have some creative fun along the way.

As a Junior Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how The Natural Dispensary shows up across every touchpoint. You'll create engaging, thoughtful, and visually consistent designs for both our B2B channels and our growing D2C brands, helping us communicate the heart of who we are a company dedicated to natural health, care, and community.

Key Responsibilities:



Work within brand guidelines to create design assets that bring our story to life across digital and print. Apply creative thinking to portfolio brands where visual identity is still developing. Design a wide range of materials, from digital graphics and social media content to packaging, print, and event collateral. Manage multiple design projects, ensuring delivery is on time and to a high standard. Collaborate with the wider Marketing, Education, and Product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Edit and create short-form video content for social and digital platforms. Provide creative support to the Senior Graphic Designer and contribute to design brainstorming sessions. Continuously seek opportunities to evolve and improve the design experience across all touchpoints

About You:



You're an energetic and creative designer who brings ideas to life with care, curiosity, and enthusiasm. You're organised, collaborative, and confident working across multiple projects -- and ideally, you're as passionate about health, wellbeing, and great design as we are.

You are:



Passionate about making things better, beautiful, and fun. Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. A clear communicator with a collaborative mindset. Curious, with a desire to keep learning and growing creatively.

Qualifications & Skills



1-3 years' experience in graphic or digital design. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dimensions). A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual consistency. Strong communication and time management skills. Digital design experience across email and marketing platforms. Experience in video creation and editing (desirable). A degree in Design, Art, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
