We are looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate Junior Digital Marketer to join our team and support the development and execution of digital marketing activity across Prestige Flowers and Prestige Hampers. While the role will have a strong social media element, particularly across TikTok and Instagram, you will also support broader marketing initiatives, including competitor benchmarking, website updates, seasonal campaign planning, performance reporting and other activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their digital marketing skill set in a fast-paced, seasonal, and product-led environment. You'll work closely with the Marketing Executive and report to the Brand Manager, contributing both collaboratively and independently to help drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create and schedule engaging, trend-led content across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), with a focus on community growth and organic reach. Utilising our in-house photography studio to create a range of photo and video content to publish across platforms, ensuring activities align with the brands wider campaign calender.
Create and present weekly TikTok Lives to support product launches and strengthen brand community.
Coordinate a pool of TikTok affiliate creators, ensuring they represent the brand's values and produce strong-performing content to maximise GMV levels.
Support the uploading of new products, including involvement in copywriting for product descriptions.
Support the Marketing Executive with email marketing campaigns by helping with content planning, copywriting, segmentation and scheduling (using Klaviyo).
Contribute to updating promotional and informative brand website pages for both brands.
Carry out monthly and seasonal competitor analysis, focusing on product offerings and promotional marketing comms.
Idea generation and copy writing for Prestige Flowers blog 'Flower Press', to support SEO initiatives.
Deliver weekly reports across all key digital channels, analysing content performance, audience growth, and sales impact, and feeding into next week's plan to ensure KPI's are consistently met week on week.
Skills & Experience Required:
Demonstrable experience in digital marketing or content creation (internship or junior role considered)
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and digital content best practices
Confidence presenting in front of the camera (TikTok Lives etc.)
Familiarity with Meta, Later, TikTok (Including TikTok shop) and Klaviyo is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail
Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage time effectively
A team player who can also take ownership of individual tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced business, adapting strategy when needed in peak sales periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
