Key Responsibilities



Update and maintain our Group websites with fresh content, news, and service info (1-2x weekly).

Manage Facebook page: create/schedule posts, engage families and referrers, monitor comments.

Support basic marketing like email newsletters, event promo, and simple social campaigns.

Track engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares) using free tools and report monthly.

Support with general administrative task.

What We're Looking For



Enthusiastic entry-level candidate with GCSEs/A-levels (marketing a plus); with social media savvy knowledge and good administrative skills.

Basic skills in Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics; quick learner for WordPress/Facebook tools/excel.

Strong communication, organisation, and passion for healthcare/digital trends.

Team player, will to support and help as needed.

Hours & Rewards



Part-time: 15-25 hours/week, flexible around studies/life (e.g., Mon-Fri, 3-5 hrs/day).

Salary range 12.21- 13.00 depending on experience, paid monthly.
