Job title: Junior E-Learning Developer. Instructional Designer. Courseware content developer. Or a mix of these words in any order that makes sense!
Location: Central London office (a V nice one...)
BUT
the company offer a very remote / flexible working policy & the majority of your time will be working from a home office. However, we encourage 1 to 2 days per month in the office for Team days - so a willingness to do this is required.
Salary: Up to 35K + 6% Bonus + full benefits package (25 days holiday, private pension scheme, private health insurance, etc)
To give you some idea of your day-to-day:
Develop eLearning training courses & Instructor Led Training courses
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes
Participate in designing and building new course materials for software product releases and enhancements
Participate in developing quality training documentation including handouts, manuals and exercises
Learn & master your area to enhance & move-on in your career.
Well. This sounds good! What do you want to see from me? Any one, or a combination of the below would do it.
Any
level of experience in IT training, eLearning, Instructor Led Training Class facilitation & other related areas.
Any
level of experience in the design, build and implementation of eLearning and Instructor Led Training programmes & / or courseware.
Any
level of experience working with ILT / eLearning development training tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia and LMS systems (i.e. Litmos, Moodle, Adobe, etc.)
