Meriton Associates Ltd is working with a leading regional main contractor to recruit a motivated and ambitious
Trainee or Junior Estimator
to join their pre-construction team.This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in estimating within a well-established, supportive business delivering build projects across the South.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting senior estimators with tender preparation Reading technical drawings and helping compile cost plans Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Learning to build take-offs and bills of quantities Attending internal review and client meetings
What We're Looking For:
HNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering (or working towards it) Strong numeracy and attention to detail Eager to learn with good communication skills Any site, estimating or office-based construction experience is a bonus
