Role Overview:


As a Junior Event Associate, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and activations. You'll work closely with senior event managers and cross-functional teams to ensure events run smoothly, from initial setup to post-event wrap-up. This role is ideal for someone passionate about events, marketing, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the organisation and logistics of marketing events and promotional activations Support event setup, including venue preparation, branding, and equipment arrangement Engage with attendees and represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically Help manage event materials, giveaways, and technology on site Collect and record data and feedback from event participants Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery Support post-event activities including reporting and evaluation Maintain a positive, proactive attitude throughout all stages of event management

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends Energetic, personable, and confident in customer-facing roles Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Previous experience in events, promotions, or marketing is a bonus but not essential
