Role Overview



As a Junior Event Communications Executive, you will support the development and delivery of effective communication strategies for client events. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about event marketing, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in creating and managing internal and external event communications (emails, newsletters, social media updates, briefs, and promotional content) Support the coordination of communication timelines and deliverables before, during, and after events Collaborate with the events and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding Help draft press releases, event announcements, and post-event reports Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure all materials and messaging are aligned Monitor audience engagement and provide insights to improve future communications Maintain accurate records and contribute to campaign evaluations and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills A passion for events, marketing, and storytelling Highly organised and detail-oriented Comfortable using social media platforms and digital communication tools A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
