Communications Executive

to join us on a

3 month fixed term contract

and help drive this mission forward.

Your Role



We've created a brand-new role in the Growth Team that combines team coordination, office management, and marketing support to boost collaboration, communication and consumer interaction.

This FTC role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, a natrual communicator, and excited to get hands-on across a variety of projects. You'll help us stay connected, make our space inspiring, and keep consumers at the heart of what we do.

The Communications & Growth Team Executive will join the Growth Team, reporting to our Comms Manager and working closely with our UK MD & CCO.

Location:

You'll be based at our London office in between Euston and Kings Cross with the option to work from home 2 days per week. Travel for team meetings is required, as well as occasional travel to our Farm in Kent and our Leaf Lab in Cambridge. Who you'll be working with

As a vital member of the Growth Team, you'll be collaborating cross functionally , covering all functions (Impact, People, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Planning, Category and Strategy)

What you'll be doing



Team Support (40% of time)

- help us be a better team, that collaborates, communicates and delivers brilliantly together:

Support team planning, event coordination, and content development for team sessions Help establish a consistent team rhythm of reporting, communication, and collaboration Support the UK MD with presentations, reports, and event logistics Own and update internal monthly Growth Team reports (e.g. EPOS, in-store activity, competitor tracking) Run our weekly team meetings - setting agendas and keeping us connected

London Office Management (20%)

- manage our London office space, making it the place people want to come and spend time working and collaborating in:

Keep our London office a vibrant, collaborative hub Handle day-to-day admin and logistics Be the go-to for London-based new starters, working with our People Team to onboard them smoothly

Marketing Support (40%)

- support the marketing team to keep the consumer at the heart of everything we do at GrowUp:

Manage our social media inbox and website queries, responding in our tone of voice Track and report on consumer feedback and engagement Update key pages on the website Create and manage brand materials and Growth Team promotional items

What skills you should have



We're looking for someone who can help us Stand Tall by bringing people together, keeping things running smoothly, and making an impact through creative marketing.

This role is a mix of team coordination, office management, and marketing support. You'll help keep the team organised, create engaging content, and make our London office a great place to work. If you're organised, proactive, and love a mix of behind-the-scenes planning and creative work, we'd love to hear from you!

What success looks like in this role



End of Contract (3 months)

You've embedded yourself in the team and built strong working relationships You've brought structure and momentum to the Growth Team Our London office feels energised and well-supported Marketing operations are running smoothly, with clear feedback loops from consumers
