Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning and coordination of guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs
Communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms to provide event details and support
Manage check-in processes and guest registration on event days
Provide on-site guest assistance, ensuring a welcoming and organised experience
Collaborate with event staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of guest attendance and feedback
Support post-event follow-ups and reporting
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
