Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating sales activities at promotional events
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met
Support the sales team in setting up and running event sales stands or booths
Manage event logistics, including scheduling, inventory, and materials preparation
Collect and report on sales data and customer feedback from events
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events
Help resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders before, during, and after events
Requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Previous event or sales experience is an advantage but not essential
