As a Junior Event Specialist, you will support the event management team in coordinating all aspects of event delivery, from initial planning to post-event evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of marketing events, including product launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event requirements are met
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, equipment hire, and catering
Support on-site event management to ensure smooth delivery
Help manage event budgets and timelines
Collect and analyse feedback post-event to contribute to continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records and reports related to event activities
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximise event impact
Requirements:
