Job Description

Main responsibilities




Visual inspection activities, cleaning and report to management team; Carry out meter readings and sensor cleaning essential for the operation of the PV systems Routine maintenance activities on module mounting systems, fence and gates, inverter and transformer stations (excluding equipment) Routine maintenance activities on monitoring and communication equipment (data logger, routers, sensors, etc.) Routine maintenance activities on security system devices (cameras, barriers, etc.) Execute corrective measures as a first response to help identify issues on the PV systems Engage and manage subcontractors Stock management Called to perform reactive and corrective maintenance activities, from time to time to manage subcontractors and control quality of activities performed Execute preventative and correctives activities of electrical systems, under supervision Support with the installation of PV modules, wiring and inverters

Skills and qualifications




Electrical experience, 2yrs preferred Previous experience in a similar role is preferred A willingness to learn and take direction from experience engineers Basic understanding of electrical systems Positive attitude to work and passion for the industry Experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for industrial sites; Experience in the photovoltaic business would be a plus but not essential Good knowledge of MS office tools; Valid driving license Strong problem solving skills Attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player CSCS card holder NVQ level 1 or 2 preferred but not essential
