Robertson Bell have partnered with this passionate charity based in Sratford, as they recruit a Junior Finance Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for providing effective support on the development of financial processes, reports and models.
The key responsibilities of the Junior Finance Analyst position include:
- Business partnering with various stakeholders to produce insightful analysis of management accounts and provide recommendations.
- Supporting the team with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Creating and approving financial reports and models.
- Interpreting financial data to recognise changing trends and patterns.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong experience in business partnering and financial analysis across multi-sites.
- Be part-qualified with either an ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification.
- Have the confidence to hit the ground running and be able to take initiative.
- Be a strong communicator and able to build relationships with stakeholders of different levels.
