What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting UK business owners by phone, LinkedIn & email Building and managing a pipeline of interested clients Learning to structure finance solutions for SMEs Shadowing experienced brokers and mastering professional sales skills

Confident, driven, and resilient personality Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential Able to commute to
