JOB SUMMARY

To supervise groups of staff within the M&E Team- allocating roles in the Manager and Assistant Managers absence.



To ensure all standards are adhered by the individual and the team as a whole.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all guests are greeted properly Ensure the functions are set up by following the procedures. Ensure functions and events such as Food and Flicks are managed in correct way. Complete relevant shift reports and use of systems such as JudgeService. Support communication within the Management Team through handover process and operating procedures such as opening and closing.
