Role Overview: Junior FX Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships, generating new business, and contributing to the company's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client relationship management throughout the entire sales cycle and during all transactions.
Proactively identify and pursue profitable new business opportunities, while exploring additional revenue streams.
Engage in outbound calling and lead generation, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to spark interest are essential.
Apply sound financial and commercial insight to understand and support client strategies.
Maintain a goal-oriented mindset, consistently aiming to exceed performance targets.
Actively contribute to the company's development and long-term growth plans.
Prepare thoroughly for each trading day to ensure optimal performance.
Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows; assist in the creation of presentations and meeting materials.
Qualify potential leads to confirm foreign exchange or treasury deposit needs.
