We're looking for a creative and detail-driven Junior Designer to join our team. This role suits someone with a strong foundation in the Adobe Creative Suite and an eagerness to grow their skills across digital, print, and catalogue design. You'll support the creation of high-quality marketing materials, help maintain brand consistency, and contribute to a wide range of design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create and adapt design assets across print and digital channels.
Build and update catalogues using
EasyCatalog
within Adobe InDesign.
Produce web-ready content including banners, promotional graphics, email assets, and social media visuals.
Support product layout, image preparation, and artwork updates for catalogues, brochures, and internal documents.
Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure design output meets brand standards.
Maintain organised design files, templates, and asset libraries.
Use
Excel
to manage data used for catalogue building, product tables, and design workflows.
Assist with daily creative tasks, from quick edits to cross-team design requests.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proficient in
Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
.
Ability to produce print-ready artwork with strong attention to detail.
Experience creating digital assets such as web banners and social content.
Basic familiarity with
EasyCatalog
or willingness to learn quickly.
Comfortable working with
Excel
, including handling structured data for catalogue production.
Strong typographic awareness and understanding of layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Candidate must live locally to the ML postcode or be able to travel. This is an onsite role.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience using
Canva
for quick-turnaround content.
Some exposure to
SQL
(not essential).
Basic understanding of HTML or web-optimisation principles.
Experience preparing assets for e-commerce platforms.
