We're on the lookout for a bright, enthusiastic

Junior Graphic Designer / Artworker

to join our growing in-house creative team. If you love bringing ideas to life, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy getting stuck into a mix of print and digital projects, this role is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career. You'll work closely with our designers and marketing team, developing your skills while contributing to real projects from day one. Perfect for a recent graduate or someone with a little experience looking to level up.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver accurate, on-brand artwork Prepare print-ready files for brochures, packaging, signage, and other marketing materials Create and refine digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet technical specifications for print and digital platforms Support senior designers by rolling out campaigns, artwork amends, and versioning Carry out layout adjustments, retouching, and production tasks with precision Maintain consistency across artwork, formats, and channels Manage feedback and revisions efficiently while meeting deadlines Stay up to date with best practices in artwork production and print processes

Requirements:

Some experience in a design or artwork role, or a relevant design degree Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing artwork for print A good understanding of layout, typography and design basics Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised Knowledge of creating digital assets (web and social graphics) Bonus points for HTML/CSS or Adobe After Effects--but not essential
