We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital and print design, supporting branding, marketing campaigns, and web projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior designers to produce engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and client requirements. A strong foundation in graphic design principles, combined with proficiency in industry-standard software, is essential for this role.
Key responsibilities:
? Design and produce client social media content, support in-house marketing, and contribute to larger-scale client projects.
? Collaborate within a multidisciplinary creative team, working alongside account managers, freelancers, and senior management.
? Support branding, campaign, and digital design projects from concept through to delivery.
? Translate creative direction into compelling visuals across various formats and platforms.
? Maintain high attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Skills & experience:
? Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
? A solid portfolio showcasing creative thinking and technical ability, backed by 1-2 years of professional work experience.
? An established performer with strong communication skills, able to proactively build relationships across teams.
? Driven, detail-oriented, and an outside-the-box thinker.
? A strong contributor and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
? A passion for branding, typography, motion graphics, and UX/UI.
Requirements:
? 1 year of professional design experience, ideally in an agency, studio, or in-house marketing team.
? A solid portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills, creativity, and understanding of layout, composition, and branding.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
? InDesign
? Photoshop
? Illustrator
? Strong communication skills with an ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
? Attention to detail and a high standard of craft across deliverables.
Ability to work on social content, basic marketing materials, and support larger client projects.
? Proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and ask questions when needed.
Nice-to-haves:
? Experience in Figma, especially for digital design, wireframes, or collaborative workflows.
? Basic knowledge of motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, simple animation for social).
? Exposure to UX/UI principles or experience with web layouts, prototypes, or user-centred design.
? Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
? Understanding of brand systems and ability to work within (or contribute to) brand guidelines.
? Familiarity with Monday or other productivity tools often used in marketing teams.
? Illustration skills, either digital or hand-drawn.
? An interest in emerging digital/design trends or new creative technologies.
