Elite Venue Selection is a collection of distinctive hotels known for character, heritage, and exceptional guest experiences. As part of this development, we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support the rollout of our evolving brand presence.

Our offices are located at Trafford Park, a short walk from Parkway Tram Stop and the M60, offering easy access for commuters both in and outside Manchester. This position is full time and based in the office, ensuring close collaboration with the Marketing and wider support teams.

Job Role Summary

You will work closely with and report to the Brand & Design Manager, collaborating with the wider Marketing team to develop and deliver creative assets that reflect the Elite brand. You will support the creation of print and digital materials, transforming concepts into production ready artwork while maintaining a high standard of design across all touchpoints. You will play an important role in the rollout of brand alignment across the Elite portfolio, helping to build and maintain organised asset libraries and ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns, collateral, and hotel materials. While the role is dedicated to the Elite brand, there may be occasions where you support projects for sister brands when required.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign and collateral execution:

translate creative direction into design outputs across print, digital, and on-site collateral while ensuring consistency with the Elite brand

Digital design:

support the creation of visuals for social media, website, email, and digital campaigns

Artwork production:

create production ready artwork for print and digital channels including menus, brochures, signage, posters, and other marketing materials

Asset management:

maintain a central library of templates, imagery, and brand assets, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and consistent application across hotels

Hotel collateral:

support the design and updating of hotel materials such as menus, spa collateral, event materials, and in room information

Internal communications:

assist with design for internal presentations and team documents

Brand guardianship:

help ensure all creative work remains consistent and aligned with Elite brand standards

Feedback and refinement:

present work to the Brand and Design Manager, refine designs, and apply feedback to improve quality

Occasional cross brand support:

assist with design tasks for sister brands where aligned with marketing priorities

What We Are Looking For

Experience in a design role with a portfolio showing strong layout and brand application Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva Understanding of artwork setup and production for print and digital Strong attention to detail, file management, and accuracy Creative thinking with a willingness to learn, explore ideas, and take feedback A collaborative and positive approach with an eye for brand consistency and presentation
