As Junior Group Financial Analyst at our Global Office, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life. You will assist in the reporting to the LVMH parent entity in Paris under IFRS. Working closely with the Group Finance Senior Manager you will ensure the accurate and timely reporting and analysis of regional performance and KPIs for monthly management information.

Primary Responsibilities Include

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts including analysis of KPIs Issue monthly FX rates and analysis Assist with analysis and reporting of budget and forecast results Prepare financial performance presentations Load monthly reports into the consolidation system Assist with reviewing global submissions in the reporting system Load reports to LVMH reporting system Intercompany reconciliations Reconcile LVMH reporting systems to internal accounting systems Assist with other reporting requirements - real estate, capex etc Assist in addressing queries on submitted reports Analyse key balance sheet movements Assist with the preparation of UK statutory accounts Completion of National Statistics Surveys

The role is generally able to benefit from our current hybrid working policy where team members can work remotely for up to two days per week. An early submission is encouraged as the form may close if a large volume of applications is received. Our offices are located at Wogan House, 99 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7NY. Wogan House is newly renovated office space under the management of a leading co-working space and property management company. Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.

Requirements

What You Bring

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management with Finance, Mathematics or similar equivalent qualification/experience. Strong academic record in Mathematics. 1-2 years' experience in accounting/consultancy. Accounting qualification or part-qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (desirable) Advanced Excel skills. Solid Word and Powerpoint skills. High standard of verbal and written professional English with an ability to communicate with financial and non-financial colleagues, finance professionals in other jurisdictions, and senior management.
