We are seeking a passionate and professional Junior Head Waiter to join our award-winning restaurant team ASAP. You'll support the Restaurant Manager in leading service, training staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with AA, Relais & Chateaux, and Michelin Key standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with fine dining or luxury hospitality experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a love for hospitality are essential.
