Summary of the Role

We're hiring a

Junior HubSpot Consultant

to support our client implementations, build smart workflows, and help deliver projects that genuinely make a difference. You'll be learning hands-on from day one, working alongside experienced consultants and gaining skills in CRM, automation, and RevOps best practice.

This is a Leeds-based role for someone starting their career. You might be a recent graduate or looking to step into the world of business operations and technology for the first time.

What Success Looks Like

Learning how to deliver client onboarding, CRM setup, and automation builds using HubSpot Contributing to projects that launch successfully and meet client expectations Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams Developing the confidence to own areas of project delivery over time

How This Role Fits into RevOdyssey

You will be part of our growing delivery team, playing a hands-on role in project execution. Your work will directly support our clients and contribute to the growth and reputation of RevOdyssey.

Key Responsibilities

Support discovery sessions to understand client needs Build and test HubSpot workflows, properties, pipelines, and dashboards Help manage data imports and system setup Document and improve internal processes Assist with post-launch support and refinements Ask questions, absorb knowledge, and bring energy to the team

Leeds-based A genuine interest in tech, business systems, or operations Comfortable learning new tools and taking ownership of tasks Strong attention to detail and communication skills No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn
