As a Junior Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with marketing campaigns, services, and deliverables. You will work closely with the account management and marketing teams to resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to clients regarding campaign progress and marketing services
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating to senior consultants when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
Assist in onboarding new clients and educating them about our services
Monitor client feedback and communicate insights to improve service delivery
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions
Support project coordination and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Keep up to date with marketing trends and company offerings to provide informed support
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple client queries efficiently
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and campaign processes preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or ticketing systems
Ability to work well both independently and within a team
Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the marketing industry
Previous customer service or support experience is an advantage but not essential
