The Role



This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has foundational IT knowledge. You'll be working alongside experienced engineers, supporting and maintaining a wide range of infrastructure technologies.

This is a role for someone who is passionate about troubleshooting and curious about how modern enterprises stay connected, secure, and scalable.

What You'll Be Doing



Provide hands-on support for key infrastructure systems, including Windows and Linux servers, networking equipment, and cloud services (like Azure). Help diagnose and resolve technical issues in both on-premises and cloud environments. Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and backup solutions. Work closely with senior engineers to implement changes and contribute to ongoing projects. Keep detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and support requests. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using various tools. Participate in routine patching, upgrades, and system checks under supervision. Collaborate with the wider Infrastructure team to support technology initiatives and deployments.
