As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and proactive
Junior Interior Designer & Client Coordinator
to join our expanding team. This is a unique hybrid role combining creative design work with client communication and sales coordination.
The Role
You'll work directly with our design and management team to create interior layouts and support clients through every stage of their journey -- from first inquiry to final design presentation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Designing kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke joinery layouts (using free hand sketches, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software).
Calling and following up with all new inquiries to understand project needs and book consultations.
Preparing and sending design proposals, quotes and presentations.
Assisting with client emails, scheduling, and maintaining project records.
Supporting designers with drawings, mood boards and sample coordination.
Ensuring every client interaction reflects Sovran's premium service standards.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
Educated or trained in
Interior Design
, Architecture, or a related field.
A
confident communicator
with fluent, natural English (spoken and written).
Organised, energetic and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Creative with an eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
Interested in both design and the commercial side of interiors (client communication and sales).
Proficient with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and basic office tools (Excel, Gmail, etc.).
