To play a developing role in advising, consulting, selling, and managing customer
relationships in a technical environment. This is a junior position, designed for someone with
a technical mindset who is eager to grow their career in sales within the
engineering/manufacturing sector.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical customer service and account manage
Exceed customer expectations by providing a level of professional service
Liaise with all internal departments, such as engineering, operations and production
Support the wider Internal Sales and Business Development team with day-to-day tasks.
MAIN DUTIES
Provide advice on speculative sales and support to customers on projects allocated by the Internal Sales Manager
Arrange in-house visits and coordinate customer training sessions.
Monitor central email accounts and respond directly or pass to appropriate colleagues within the company.
Respond to incoming calls, provide advice, take necessary actions, as needed.
Generate quotations for TESS and SHY products across all territories.
Process product spot orders and spares orders on ERP system.
Take ownership of processed orders and feedback to customers where necessary.
Develop the ability to address and manage technical, product and order queries raised by customers including ensuring timely resolution
Support the Internal Sales and Business Development team with administrative and requested tasks.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
Work within the company's rules and procedures and the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) Regulations.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge:
Broad understanding of the construction/build process
Understanding of technical drawings
Familiarity with ERP & CRM systems
Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Skills:
Exceptional communication at all levels
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organisation skills
Customer focused mindset approach with a productive approach.
Secondary language skills desirable
Experience:
Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or construction industries
Any prior experience in internal sales or customer-facing roles would be advantageous
