Salary: 23,000 basic with a yearly bonus scheme

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing separation and filtration equipment, is seeking a Junior Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join their team in West London.

Position Overview

As a Junior Internal Sales Co-ordinator, you will be a key link between customers and the sales team. You will handle technical enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure a smooth sales process. Your role is vital for maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting the company's growth.

Responsibilities

Answer customer technical enquiries by phone and email. Log and process all enquiries accurately in the CRM system. Prepare and provide professional quotations and proposals. Liaise with production, engineering, and shipping departments. Support the external sales managers and engineers. Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the product line. Ensure the CRM system is used effectively by the sales team.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal business communication skills. Strong attention to detail in all tasks. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
