Role: MARKETING & INTERNAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR



Reports to: Head of Commercial



Qi Van Systems is one of the UK's leading commercial vehicle conversion specialists, designing and building high-quality, engineered vehicle solutions for national fleets, utilities, and service providers. With steady growth and a loyal customer base, we're now looking for a driven marketing and internal sales professional to help raise our profile, strengthen client relationships, and support our continued expansion.

The Role



This is a hands-on position combining marketing, communications, and internal sales support. You'll take ownership of Qi's marketing activity, ensuring consistent visibility across digital channels, while helping to generate new business opportunities within our existing and target fleet sectors.

Key Responsibilities



Manage Qi's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.),regular posting, campaign planning, and engagement growth. Develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns to existing customers and new prospects. Create and distribute email newsletters, case studies, and project updates. Work closely with the sales team to support tenders, proposals, and presentations. Support planning and coordination of exhibitions, open days, and industry events. Maintain and update website content, ensuring it reflects current products, case studies, and news. Coordinate photography, videos, and press releases for marketing materials. Track and report on campaign performance, social engagement, and lead generation. Maintain and update CRM and contact databases, ensuring accurate client data. Produce engaging content that reflects Qi's technical expertise, quality focus, and UK manufacturing capability.

Skills & Experience



Essential:-



Experience managing social media and marketing campaigns for a business. Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. Confident and engaging with customers by phone and email. Proficient with digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).

Desirable:-



Experience within automotive, fleet, or engineering environments. Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation. Basic graphic design or video-editing ability. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
