What We're Looking For
Determination & Grit:
We need someone who doesn't give up on a difficult repair. You should be someone who enjoys the challenge of finding a solution when things don't work the first time.

A strong desire to learn and advance within the tech industry. We value dedication and a "can-do" attitude above all else.
The "Tech Hobbyist" Foundation:
Genuine passion for PC hardware, handheld gaming, or small-form-factor electronics.

Experience using basic tools to open and service small electronics (phones, laptops, or tablets).
Communication:
Excellent written skills to explain technical issues to customers in a helpful, friendly manner.
