Based in our Park Royal office, this entry level role will entail performing both IT Support and Administration. You will be part of a busy team delivering IT services, on the phone, online and in person for around 600 users based across 4 UK fixed office & warehouse locations plus multiple construction sites.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Record, triage, and resolve day-to-day user issues. Configuring and deploying PC's, laptops, tablets, and phones to end users. Printer management. Escalating issues for senior team members. Contributing to our knowledge base.

Skills:

Demonstrates a keen interest in IT, with exceptional Microsoft office skills. In depth working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Experience of Android and iOS operations systems Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Self-motivated & Flexible Ability to work both as part of a team & independently. Strong initiative and attention to detail. Positive attitude and work ethic Ability to develop ongoing relationships.

Knowledge of the following areas would be advantageous but not essential: -

Construction Industry Solutions: COINS WAN/LAN IP knowledge Remote Support tools MRP/ERP Manufacturing such as 123 Insight Ring Central Hosted PBX. Paper Cut Print Management. Paxton Net2 door Access Systems. Windows Server 2016 -2025 Experience of working to ISO Standards. Knowledge of the principals of network infrastructure. Financial applications Stock management systems AutoCAD experience
