Opportunity:
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are excited to be working with our friends and longstanding IT Support client, at an incredibly exciting time for their rapidly expanding and highly reputable IT support business. As part of their growth they are looking for an ambitious Junior IT Technician to join their friendly team based in Eynsham.
As Junior IT Technician, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders from clients for all IT hardware equipment, ensuring you hit KPI's and offer exceptional customer service to all stakeholders and clientele.
Whilst this role does not require any experience, our client are looking for someone who is really ambitious and passionate about pursuing a career in the IT industry and has a strong level of understanding IT equipment and systems (you will be responsible for setting up and configuring these, whilst ensuring the end user is completely satisfied).
The ideal candidate will have a huge appetite to learn, with a genuine LOVE for all things tech/IT and the ability to understand complex issues and work with the team to find resolutions for clients.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in IT and ambitious to pursue a career within their business
• Passionate about IT with strong technical knowledge
• The ability and desire to understand complex IT issues with the view to provide a solution to every client
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
• Due to their relatively remote office, the successful candidate must hold a Full UK Driving license or live very locally
