Our Showroom in Bladon, Oxfordshire (In-house, with occasional client visits)

At Oxford Kitchens & Bathrooms Ltd, we specialize in creating luxury kitchens and bathrooms that combine timeless design with exceptional quality. We do everything in house, from designing the first concept to supplying the materials and having our own installers bring the design to fruition. Based in Bladon, our showroom is a space where creativity meets craftsmanship, and we are looking for a passionate Junior Designer to join our team.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring designer to grow within a hands-on, creative environment. You will work closely with our senior team to bring high-end kitchen and bathroom projects to life, both in our showroom and at client's homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with design projects from initial concept to completion Produce drawings, layouts, and presentations for clients Source finishes, fixtures, and materials Visit client homes to measure up and take notes for accurate designs Support the team project organisation.

Skills & Experience:

Degree or qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar desired or previous experience in similar role. Proficiency in a form of design software. Strong visual and spatial awareness, with attention to detail. Excellent organisation and communication skills. Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn. Full UK driving license for client visits.

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
