Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Legal Sales Consultant at Mezzle, you will:
Focus outreach exclusively on
lawyers currently working or previously working in traditional law firms
Use
Dripify
,
HubSpot
, and
LinkedIn outreach tools
to build and manage outbound campaigns
Meet weekly and monthly targets for number of lawyers contacted, qualified leads, and introductory calls booked
Qualify prospects and arrange Teams calls to introduce Mezzle's platform and way of working
Confidently present our model and benefits to lawyers considering leaving traditional firms
Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and manage a structured follow-up process
Work closely with leadership to refine scripts, messaging, and approaches
You'll be fully trained and supported to develop your legal sector knowledge and sharpen your sales techniques.
About You - Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven
sales / business development
experience (B2B environment)
Comfortable using or learning
Dripify, HubSpot, and LinkedIn outreach
tools
Background in
legal sales, legal recruitment, financial services sales, or professional services sales
is highly desirable
Confident in speaking directly with lawyers, presenting opportunities, and handling objections
Able to work to targets and manage a structured outreach pipeline
Professional, confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Proactive, resilient, and motivated by achieving results
KPIs & Targets (Indicative)
Outreach to a set number of
lawyers from law firms

Book a minimum number of
introductory Teams calls

Maintain conversion ratios from outreach to meetings and onboardings
