Junior Lettings Advisor

to join the team and play a key role in delivering the exceptional service we're known for.

The Role

You'll be supporting the lettings team day-to-day, helping tenants find their perfect home and landlords feel confident their properties are in good hands. It's a varied, fast-paced role with plenty of room to learn and progress.

Assisting with property viewings and tenant enquiries. Coordinating applications, references, and move-ins. Providing outstanding service to tenants and landlords. Working closely with a dynamic, supportive team. Representing Ralph James' commitment to quality, integrity, and community.

What We're Looking For

A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships. Organised, proactive, and eager to learn. A genuine interest in property and helping people find their next home. Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. A full driving licence and your own car are essential. Previous lettings or property experience is a bonus, but not essential - enthusiasm and the right mindset count most.
