Junior Marketing & Operations Assistant

Rapidcare is an NHS prescription delivery service supporting people with renal, ostomy, diabetes, and bladder & bowel needs. We're a small, friendly team who care about doing things properly, supporting our patients, our partners, and each other.

We're looking for a Junior Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day marketing activity and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on role with lots of variety, working closely with the marketing, sales, and warehouse teams.

This role is suitable for a junior candidate or someone looking to build practical experience in marketing. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

What you'll be doing

Day-to-day marketing and operations support

Preparing and sending orders for Sales Representatives using Shopify and DPD Handling day-to-day communication with Sales Representatives regarding orders and deliveries Coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to make sure orders are packed and dispatched on time Preparing marketing packs, wash bags, and home packs for internal and NHS use Managing stock in the marketing room and keeping records up to date Supporting monthly stock tracking and reporting Marketing materials and internal content Supporting the creation and update of marketing materials such as leaflets, documents, and visuals Printing and preparing materials for warehouse and customer care teams Updating internal screens using ScreenCloud and Canva Supporting internal events with photos and content uploads

Marketing and digital support (with guidance)

Helping keep the website and online content up to date, following clear instructions and templates Assisting with blog content, uploads, and basic edits once approved Supporting wider marketing activity such as campaigns, content updates, and internal communications Helping with research and ideas to support ongoing marketing work

What we're looking for

Organised, reliable, and comfortable juggling different tasks Happy doing practical, hands-on work as well as creative and digital tasks Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Sheets, or keen to learn new systems A clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions
