As we scale, we're looking for a passionate Junior SEO &?Marketing?Specialist to own day?to?day marketing and help shape our long?term growth strategy. Job Summary:

You will lead tactical marketing for the whole company while deepening our organic search footprint. From keyword research and technical SEO to direct?mail campaigns and social media storytelling, you'll run campaigns that attract, convert, and delight both our subscribers and our clients' audiences. It's a hands?on, high?visibility role with plenty of room to experiment and grow alongside HugoFox's rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Excellence -

Run comprehensive keyword and competitor research ?o Execute on?page, off?page, and technical SEO tactics ?o Track and report performance in GA4, Search Console, Semrush, etc.

Conversion Optimisation -

Use Google Tag Manager to map user journeys ?o A/B?test copy, CTAs, and page layouts to lift sign?ups and demos

Traditional & Multichannel Marketing -

Plan and deliver direct?mail, email?marketing, and print?advertising tests ?o Explore out?of?home, event sponsorship, or partnership campaigns to reach niche community markets

Content & Social -

Brief or create blog posts, newsletters, and social content that earns links and shares ?o Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Client?SideProjects -

Provide ad?hoc marketing support for a varied client base--from local artists to engineering firms--gaining exposure to multiple industries

Market Intelligence -

Stay ahead of algorithm updates, emerging SERP features, and broader marketing trends--then translate insights into clear plans

What You'll Bring:

6-18?months' hands?on SEO or digital?marketing experience (agency or in?house) Familiarity with Google Analytics?4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and a leading SEO suite (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, etc.) Working knowledge of traditional channels such as

email, direct mail, print, or events
