Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives. Manage administrative tasks and marketing project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions. Learn from senior team members and gain exposure to strategic decision-making processes.

What We're Looking For:

A driven and proactive individual with a passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills. An ability to think creatively and problem-solve in fast-paced environments. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. A desire for career progression, with a focus on leadership and personal development. Previous marketing experience or a related degree is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite. Experience with social media management or digital marketing is a bonus!
