What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns and supporting projects from start to finish. No two days are the same--you'll gain exposure to different sectors, develop your skills, and work closely with consultants and managers to bring fresh ideas to life.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple industries. Assisting with recruitment and HR-related marketing initiatives. Collaborating with managers and consultants on business projects. Learning how to manage small teams and contribute to team culture. Participating in networking events, conferences, and professional workshops. Helping to organise and support company-wide events, team nights, and yearly retreats.
