The Role

As an Junior Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in helping to manage and grow our online sales channels. This is a varied role that would suit someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about animals and online retail.

Key Responsibilities

Uploading and updating product listings across multiple platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify) Writing engaging and accurate product descriptions Assisting with online promotions, pricing, and merchandising Helping with content creation, including product imagery and basic editing Supporting the marketing team with newsletters and social media campaigns

Requirements

Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable using spreadsheets and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central) A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn Passion for pets and knowledge of pet products is a strong plus
