Job Description

This Junior Admin Position is a great role for those looking to begin a career within administration with opportunities for development and progression.

We provide a friendly working environment, together with full training and support to all new starters to help you achieve and develop in your role and be the best you can be within our team.

Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. Office based role. Regular working hours are 9-5. No weekend or evening shifts. Extended Annual Leave Allowance - 33 days including bank holidays. Extra 2 days annual leave (after 2 years service) Half day Friday's every month (after 9 month service) Casual dress BUPA Cash Plan Annual Christmas Party and events throughout the year Free Parking 1 week paid sabbatical after 5 years.

The suitable candidate must be able to commute daily into our North Manchester office (M8 4JY).

You will be supporting the day to day activities of the wider team and supporting with the general running and management of the office.

You will require a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation. You will also require the ability to work well with others.

Principal Responsibilities



Assist as directed in the day to day work of a busy administrative office Answering telephone calls Responding to email enquiries Sending outgoing documentation via email Scanning & Uploading Daily Post Have strong basic computer skills - we will teach you what is needed on our database Update the company's Excel system with all relevant information and ensure that it is always kept updated Calling clients Taking and passing on messages to other team members General office admin tasks Supporting our marketing team To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested To be professional and polite, at all times

What experience do I need?



Prior office experience is beneficial but not required.

How can we help you give the best customer service possible?



We will provide support to all new starters through the initial few weeks and months. There will always be a senior member of the team available to provide advice and/or guidance on how to complete any task.
