We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in an office environment while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The Junior Office Assistant will support various clerical and organisational tasks, ensuring that the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities



Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide clerical support to senior staff as required, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Help with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications



Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with administrative procedures and office management systems. Competent in using MS word, excel and power point for various office tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in an office setting is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
