Summary
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Midlands. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining organizational standards and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily administrative tasks to support operations.
Manage communication with clients and stakeholders via phone and email.
Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
Coordinate schedules and meetings for project teams.
Utilize Microsoft Office for data management.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Contribute to team efforts by collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications
Proven office experience, preferably in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
Experience with data entry and clerical duties is desirable.
