Key Responsibilities
Daily inbox monitoring, filtering, and prioritising communications.
Preparing
morning briefings
and
end-of-day summaries

Handling product and stock orders (including Selfridges & Liberty POs).
Communicating with buyers, managers, and marketing teams.
Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes.
Coordinating recruitment scheduling (therapists & internal roles).
File management, Drive organisation & document labelling.
Supporting launches, internal updates, appointments & admin tasks.
Overseeing completion of tasks done by team members.
Light project support for new locations (Paris, Manchester).
Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Ideal Candidate
Mature, professional and respectful communication style.
Excellent English and writing skills.
Strong organisational skills & ability to create structure.
Problem-solver with initiative; acts without needing reminders.
Fast responder, good judgment.
Experience in admin/PA/reception/operations preferred.
Tech savvy with some knowledge of AI intelligence
