At Jellyfish, we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and inclusive collaboration. We welcome individuals who excel in collaborative, varied teams and value the unique contributions that each person brings to the table.

Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.

Reporting to the People Lead, you will create impact within our People Partnering team in the UK. You'll be a first point of contact for people-related queries, provide daily HR guidance, and ensure efficient execution of People processes.

You'll work with Senior People Partners to bring the UK People Plan to life -- supporting projects around culture, engagement, learning, and leadership capability, while ensuring compliance and excellence in all core HR activities.

At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth. Your career path could lead to developing into a future People Partner role, combining hands-on delivery with opportunities to strengthen your strategic and business partnering skills.

Operational People Support

+ Be first line of support for daily HR queries from employees and managers.
+ Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes and exits.
+ Maintain accurate employee records and data within our HR systems (SAGE), ensuring compliance and data integrity.
+ Help coordinate payroll changes and reporting in partnership with People Operations.
Employee Relations and Business Partnering Support

+ Support managers on routine Employee Relations cases (performance management, sickness absence, probation, and low-level grievances).
+ Escalate complex issues to the Senior People Partner, ensuring risks are identified and managed.
+ Help with workforce planning and data analysis to inform our decisions.
Help identify training needs through feedback and data insights, and coordinate learning and development programmes with the L&D team. Continuous Improvement and Culture.

+ Identify opportunities to refine processes and improve employee experience.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and best practice.
+ Champion Jellyfish's values and inclusive culture through everyday interactions and DEIB projects.
