Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid media campaigns
Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
Support A/B testing across ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
Help create campaign briefs, performance reports, and audience insights
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are aligned with brand goals
Stay updated on trends and platform updates across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
Maintain budget tracking and ensure efficient media spend
Requirements
A strong interest in digital marketing, performance advertising, or growth marketing
Basic understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and performance metrics
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with reporting dashboards is a plus
Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
